Notice of Information We Collect and How We Use It:
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and personalized experience. This allows us to offer services and features that meet your needs and customize our services to enhance your experience.
Using the app, including the ability to practice learning the Quran through audio-visual educational sessions, requires registration. We collect and store personal information provided voluntarily during registration.
We use personal information to deliver the app, develop analytics, and aggregated data to improve the app. Once you provide personal information, you are no longer anonymous to us.
In addition to the specified uses below, we may generally use any collected information for the following purposes:
Information We Collect About App Users
Like many websites, we automatically collect certain information about our website traffic and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not by itself identify individual users, to analyze trends, administer the application, track users’ movements around the application, and gather demographic information about our user base. We may link this automatically collected information to your personally identifiable information, in which case it will be used and disclosed as personally identifiable information under this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect from Registered App Users
Registration
During registration, you are required to provide accurate contact information according to our User Agreement (…). Registration requires you to provide us with the following: (1) a unique username and a unique password, (2) your email address, (3) your country of residence, (4) your language preferences, and (5) your gender. We use this information to create an account for you on the app, contact you regarding the services on the app that you have expressed interest in, and customize your experience according to your preferences. For example, information about your country of residence helps us provide you with a tutor in a comparable time zone.
Usage Information
To provide you with the best experience, we will collect data about your use of the app, including, but not limited to: (1) how long your audio sessions last, (2) which app features you use. We may use all the aforementioned information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Device Information
When you use the app, we will collect non-personal information about the device you are using to access the app, including but not limited to: (1) the device type, operating system, and mobile carrier, (2) the language used by the device, and (3) the time zone used by the device.
Payment
In order to have a live voice chat on the app, you must purchase minutes before starting the session or pay according to the terms and conditions of another payment plan, such as a monthly subscription. You will purchase minutes through the in-app payment gateway. A third-party provider will require you to provide billing and payment information. We do not have access to this payment information other than the amount of the transaction and the information identifying you as the purchaser. All uses of billing and payment information are subject to the policies of those third parties.
Session Recording
We use a live voice platform to provide you with the ability to chat through live audio with the instructor. Mudakar stores a recording of the voice chat on its servers. As of the date of this Privacy Policy, Mudakar’s Terms of Use state that, concerning the operation of its voice platform, “Mudakar receives and stores certain non-personally identifiable information, as well as aggregated user information and statistics, such as the number of unique users, the number of sessions, and the total streaming minutes. Mudakar may store this information itself or such information may be stored and shared with Mudakar’s affiliates, agents, service providers, and current and potential business partners.”
If you participate in a voice chat session on the app, the session may be recorded as described above and in the User Agreement. We may use these recordings for our internal business purposes, including, but not limited to, teacher evaluation, teacher training, dispute resolution, and improving our services. The recording may be made available to you and/or the other party to the recording for future reference through the app, or to you individually for review. We may use the recordings as described in our User Agreement.
Teacher Notes
To provide you with a seamless exchange between multiple teachers, developers make notes about your conversation based on the information you provide during voice and video chat sessions. This information includes, but is not limited to: age, gender, language preferences, and interests. We may retain any of this information and link it to your personally identifiable information. This information will only be available to Mudakar employees and the teachers you interact with. We may use this information to match you with a specific teacher available on the app and to provide you with information and services that are likely to be of interest to you.
Correspondence
If you choose to leave a message, we will collect the information you send us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support, and troubleshoot issues as permitted by law.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the app, we may collect this information in a file specific to you.
Communication from Us
Special Offers and Updates
From time to time, we may send you information about products, services, special deals, and promotions using the email address you provided during registration. To the extent that we send you commercial emails regarding marketing or promotional materials from third parties, we will give you the ability to opt-out of receiving such emails in accordance with applicable law. We will not provide your personally identifiable information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.
Push Notifications
You may receive notifications from Mudakar through push notification services. By allowing push notifications when downloading the app, you consent to all notifications sent to you through the app, which may include information about products, services, special deals, and promotions.
Service-Related Announcements
We will send you service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary. For example, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we may send you an email.
In general, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
Customer Service
We will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will contact you via email, using the email address you provided when registering for the application.
Terms Under Which Your Information May Be Shared
Aggregate (Non-Personal) Information
We may share aggregated demographic information about our user base with actual and potential advertisers and business partners. This information does not identify individual users.
Other Users
If you engage in any communication with another site or app user, that user will receive your username, as well as any other personal information you may choose to share in connection with that communication.
Business Partners
We may disclose non-personally identifiable information to other partners to enhance our business arrangements with them, including, but not limited to, jointly providing a product or service to you or establishing interoperability between our products and services and those of such partners.
Service Providers
We may use contractors and third-party service providers in connection with the application. When our contractors or service providers gain access to your personally identifiable information, they are required to protect it in a manner consistent with this privacy policy, for example, by not using it for any purpose other than to perform the services they provide for Moddakir.

The application contains links to other websites not owned or controlled by Moddakir. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy policies of other websites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and application and to read the privacy policies of each website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy policy applies only to information collected by our application.
Access to Personally Identifiable Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer wish to use our services, you may correct, update, delete, or deactivate it by making the change on our member information page or by emailing customer support at: [email protected].

We follow generally accepted industry to protect personal information n provided to us whether during transmission or when we receive them, although, there is no 100% safe transfer method through the internet or electronic storage. So, while we work hard to use commercially acceptable methods to protect your personal information, we can’t guarantee its absolute protection.

Non-Saudi Arabian Users
The Moddakir application uses technology infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, and your information may be stored and processed on cloud servers. By using the application, you agree to the transfer of your information outside your country, even if your country has stricter data protection standards.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
If we decide to change our privacy policy, you will be notified of these changes through the application interface so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, and such changes will apply to the information you provide or your activity on the application after the change in policy. Please review it frequently. If we make changes that materially affect our use or disclosure of previously collected personally identifiable information, you will be notified through the application interface or via email to obtain your consent to apply the changes retroactively to our privacy policy.
Deleting Your Account with a Third Party
If you choose to delete your account with any third-party service integrated with our application, such as Facebook or Google, you will need to follow their respective processes for account deletion. Below are general steps to guide you through deleting your account:
